How to Use the Pikachu Talk App on Your Smart Speaker

If you’re a fan of the popular Pokemon franchise, you’ve likely heard of the new Pikachu Talk app. While there are many great features, the limited number of responses is one of the main drawbacks. While Pikachu can respond to certain key phrases, such as “Pikaaa” or “Pikapi,” the responses are often clunky and difficult to understand for adults. Fortunately, there are ways to improve your chances of making a successful conversation with Pikachu by downloading the app.

The Pikachu Talk application is already available for the Amazon Echo and Google Home, but the developers need to develop a Pikachu language translator. For example, if you ask Alexa if it’s raining, she’ll reply with “Pika Pika!” However, this is not a big problem because Alexa and Google Assistant can understand both the Pikachu and human languages. It’s a fun way to interact with your smart speaker while playing your favorite Pokémon games.

To use the Pikachu Talk app on your Alexa device, you’ll need to enable the Google Assistant and have an Alexa device with Alexa. You can also install the Pikachu Talk app for Google Home using the same method. Once you’ve enabled it, ask Alexa to open the skills section and search for “Pikachu Talk.” Pikachu will respond to your question by greeting you with Piks.
